My new online portfolio!

Hello friends, I have some fun news!

Since I started to really focus on my freelance work in the past few years, I have never really had a solid online portfolio.  I have had other temporary solutions that have been functional, but didn't quite meet the professional look and style I was going for.

Well, after a lot of work and planning, my husband and I finally assembled a brand new portfolio for my graphic design work (it was a little present for my upcoming birthday)!  I am really pleased how it turned out, and I hope others will find it to be user friendly and easily navigable.

If you need a logo, blog header, invitation, custom illustration, or anything else related to graphic design, don't hesitate to contact me!  For more information on prices and my process, see my info graphic here.  And you can always follow my art blog to see what different projects I am working on.

You can always follow me on pinterest and facebook for the latest Holy Handout updates.

And just for fun, here's one my recent illustrations!

(Please be aware- this image is not a handout, thus not a freebie. Thanks!)

Young Woman Manual 1 Lesson 22: Repentance

Here's a handout for Young Woman Manual 1 Lesson 22: Repentance.  It is the quote discussed earlier in the lesson.  This one was tough, because there are about a million brilliant quotes on the topic, but I thought this one covered the most important bits very well, and had a good visual to go along with it.

Also, I noticed the Holy Handouts facebook page has passed 500 followers, which is awesome!  I hope you, your YW, or whoever else find these handouts to be useful in preaching the Gospel and drawing one another closer to God.

A little freebie!

My husband loves to cook, particularly international cuisine. We like to call him things like Chef Jeff and Mr. Spice Guy because of his knack for perfectly executing complex, delicious cuisine in his first try. I am thrilled about this hobby of his, because my cooking skills leave something to be desired at times.
Since Mr. Spice Guy is always cooking new things, he likes to keep our spice cabinet well stocked.  The problem we have (as I’m sure many of you out there have as well) is that we end up with multiple spices and herbs because we thought we were out, but in reality the little nutmeg or bay leaves were shoved way in the back, or stuck under the bouillon cubes.
So, we came up with this little inventory.  It is intended to hang on the door of your spice cabinet, preferably laminated or in a pocket page so you have the ability to mark and erase as needed, and at a glance know what you have available.  Included are little tabs to cut out and stick onto the item you are running low on, to remind you to pick up a replacement.

We included most of the common items that you would find in your house.  We plan to do different versions, catered toward world regions, as well as a baking inventory as well.  But for now, here’s this one to print and take inventory of your herbs and spices!

Jumping ahead... Young Women Manual 1 Lesson 19: Personal Records

Since I fell a little behind and many of you have informed me you are several lessons ahead of my current handouts, I am skipping ahead a few lessons to try and catch up that way.

Here is Young Women Manual 1 Lesson 19: Personal Records.  It's just the quote taken from near the end of the lesson.

Hopefully I will have a change to catch up to at least lesson 22 with in the week or so.
